Our goal is simply to harness the abundant energy around us to cultivate health and self-healing, enriched with balance and awareness. 2 What is Qigong?

3 How does it work?

As the founder of Create Energy, Martin developed his own unique style that fuses his passion for teaching and love of anatomy and body mechanics with several healing methods and exercise forms. During a typical class, you will be guided through a series of spontaneous movements, breathing techniques, formal exercises and standing meditation. The movements and exercises create harmonizing forces that balance and enhance systems of the body, thereby improving health and emotional well-being. The result is a feeling of lightness and increased energy that can lead to greater freedom and perception. With practice, you will develop the ability to recognize how different factors affect your state of being and overall health.
